Keying information two and three times creates errors and wastes time. This Newzware Web Self Service Module, integrated with Newzware Circulation, provides a two-way information link through your newspaper's web site to address Subscriber, Carrier and Dealer inquiries of Account, Distribution and Subscription data directly with the Newzware database.

Newzware Authentication

If your on-line content is a paid or authenticated read only service, Newzware will authorize each entry for content based on the current Circulation System information. At each customer log in, Newzware Circulation Web SSM will check subscriber status, match demographic extension data and trigger appropriate direction to content or appropriate message for follow up.
