User Maintenance

Newzware contains a user maintenance screen that can be used to add/edit/remove online subscriber/general accounts. The Newzware User Maintenance screen is how an administrator controls access to Newzware screens and entering the User Maintenance screen requires Administrative privileges. See the image below.

User names/Login Ids cannot be updated or changed. The record must be removed and a new one added with the user name for records that require the change of user name. For Subscriber and General accounts, leave the Sites/Groups empty and the Locked and Force Password fields UNCHECKED.

Updating Passwords

Customer Service clerks can update passwords directly from the Customer Service screen.
