SSM Emails
All transactions performed in the SSM will email the subscriber. All emails sent from the SSM can send a carbon copy to other members of the circulation staff. Emails can be customized via the SSM Admin Console, which requires an SSM Administrator account to access.
Customer Service Transaction History Screen
The Customer Service Transaction History screen provides a textual representation of all transactions in Newzware and can be filtered to show only web transactions. This
tool can be very useful to see transactions from day to day. The data can be charted and/or exported.
