SSM Overview

Inside the SSM, a user can start subscriptions, make payments, start/stop vacations, enter complaints, file missed deliveries, change their address, manage newsletters, manage sub accounts and update their profile. Below is the page the user sees upon logging into the SSM. Many of the links and options presented to the subscriber are configurable and can be shown or not shown.
